Gordon is a

She has represented hospitals, doctors, real estate
developers, national supermarket chains, municipalities and police
departments in litigation throughout the state and has litigated antitrust
matters on behalf of hospitals and retailers in federal courts, including
one of the first reported third-line price discrimination cases in the
country, Lago & Sons Dairy, Inc. v. H.P. Hood, Inc., 892 F.
Supp. 325 (D.N.H. 1995). In addition to her insurance and probate law
practice, Ms. Gordon applies her extensive trial experience to
representing clients in domestic relations matters.
Ms. Gordon's reported cases include St. Hilaire v. City of Laconia, et al, 885
F.Supp. 349 (D.N.H. 1995), affirmed 71 F.3rd 20 (1995); Appeal of Jonathan
Newcomb, 141 N.H. 664 (1997); Weeks v. St. Paul Fire & Insurance,
140 N.H. 642 (1996); Skinner v. O'Mara 2000 DNH 161 (D.N.H. 2000).
