Admitted to practice in New Hampshire, 1985.
In 2004, he was admitted to practice before the United States Supreme
Court. Mr. Eggert is a member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations,
the New Hampshire Council of School Attorneys, the
NSBA Council of School Attorneys and the Christian Legal Society.
He is a jury trial lawyer with experience in the area of commercial litigation, school law and municipal representation. Since beginning his practice, he has represented manufacturers, distributors,
banks, retailers and developers in complex commercial litigation, including computer conversion, anti-trust, products liability, breach of contract, land use and unfair competition cases. He
served as legal counsel for the City of Manchester School District from
1985 to 2008, counseling the District in matters involving general school law and federal special education law. In addition, Mr. Eggert is legal
counsel for the Towns of Auburn and Chester, representing the Towns in their land use and planning litigation. He frequently lectures on federal special education and school law issues. He is the author of "Recent Developments in Special Education Law," and numerous other articles in the field of school law.
Mr. Eggert is certified as a mediator and has served as a court-appointed
mediator in over seventy-five cases. He is rated AV by Martindale-
Hubbell.
