Admitted to practice in New Hampshire, 1984. Mr. Peters is a member of
the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations and the ABA Sections on
Litigation and Health Law. He is also a Fellow of the New Hampshire Bar
Foundation. He is the author of "Reallocating Liability to Medical
Staff Review Committee Members: A Response to the Hospital Corporate
Liability Doctrine," 10 American Journal of Law and Medicine
115, Spring, 1984. Mr. Peters is is listed in The
Best Lawyers in America in the area of medical malpractice law.
He has a trial practice which concentrates in the defense of hospitals,
physicians, and nurses in medical negligence litigation. In addition to
representing health care providers throughout the state in medical
negligence cases, he also consults with hospitals and Quality
Assurance/Risk Management representatives in a variety of risk management
and quality improvement issues. He
has given numerous presentations to physician and nursing groups across
the state on medical liability and risk management issues.
