Defense of professional liability, medical malpractice and product liability claims, as well as environmental and general liability defense.

Professional:

Admitted to practice in New Hampshire, 1967. He has represented national manufacturers and companies as both state and New England regional counsel in the defense of products liability claims, and has lectured on medical malpractice to hospitals and medical groups throughout the State of New Hampshire. He is a member of the Manchester and New Hampshire Bar Associations, the Federation of Insurance Counsel and is a Fellow of the American College of Trial Lawyers and the American Board of Trial Advocates.  Mr. Friberg is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of medical malpractice law and personal injury litigation. He has been included on this list since its inception in 1983.
