Professional:

Admitted to practice in New Hampshire, 1979. Member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations, the Association of Trial Lawyers of America, and the Defense Research Institute. Author of "Access to Birth Records; An Adult Adoptee's Psychological Need and Constitutional Right." New Hampshire Bar Journal, March 1980. Mr. Lajoie served as a member of the Special Committee on the Rules of Evidence (1984-1988) and the Committee on Cooperation with Other Professions (1988-1993) of the New Hampshire Bar Association. He was appointed as Law Clerk to the Honorable John W. King, Chief Justice, Supreme Court of New Hampshire, 1979-1980. Mr. Lajoie is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell.

Mr. Lajoie has lectured on medical malpractice to hospitals and medical groups throughout the State of New Hampshire and has represented national manufacturers and companies in the defense of products liability claims.

B.A. summa cum laude, from the University of New Hampshire, 1974; graduate work at Dartmouth College, 1975 - 1976; J.D. from Rutgers University, 1979. Phi Beta Kappa; Phi Kappa Phi; Phi Alpha Delta.
