Todd's practice involves defense of civil lawsuits and regulatory matters, mostly on behalf of health care providers, contractors and other professionals, corporations and their insurers. Todd has been a presenter at numerous continuing education programs for attorneys and insurance professionals and is Contributing Editor to the Tort Law Desk Reference: A Fifty State Compendium .

Todd graduated from the College Of The Holy Cross in 1993, and received J.D., with honor, from the University Of Connecticut School Of Law in 1996, where he was also an Associate Editor of the International Law Journal and a Dean's Fellow.

Todd is admitted to practice in New Hampshire state and federal courts.

Todd lives in Epping with his wife Katherine Cooper. Todd has played rugby for Amoskeag Rugby Football Club since 1996 and is a past-President and long-time Board Member of the Club. He serves on the New Hampshire Public Radio Community Advisory Board and participates in numerous local charitable activities.
