
Pierre's practice has focused on management side Labor and Employment Law, including employment discrimination and affirmative action compliance; Family Law, including parenting issues, grandparental rights, and the post-divorce division of assets; Constitutional Law, particularly in the area of religious freedoms; and Civil Litigation. While in law school, Pierre interned at both the New York Supreme Court, Appellate Term and the New York City Civil Court, as well as clerking in private practice, where he focused on mass tort cases and estate litigation.

A magna cum laude graduate of Middlebury College (2002), Pierre holds a B.A. in literary studies with departmental honors. He earned a J.D. cum laude from Hofstra Law School in 2008, where he was an Associate Editor of the Hofstra Labor & Employment Law Journal. Pierre's Journal scholarship focused on the re-employment rights of reservists, and he received a distinguished service award from the Journal for his editorial contributions.

Pierre is admitted to practice in both the state and federal courts in New Hampshire.

Pierre is an associate member, and serves on the Executive Committee, of the Daniel Webster-Batchelder Innsof Court, and is also a member of the American Bar Association, the New Hampshire Bar Association, and the Manchester Bar Association.
