Christine's litigation practice is primarily focused on domestic relations and medical malpractice defense. She is a tenacious and passionate litigator whose extensive trial skills, honed before judges and juries throughout New Hampshire are dedicated to achieving the best possible litigated outcome for her clients. She works cooperatively with her clients to determine whether each particular case should be resolved through mediation or other agreement with the opposing party or whether a litigated resolution is required. She has a demonstrated ability to listen and respond to her client's needs during what can be challenging times in their lives.

In her 15 years of practice, she has represented New Hampshire mothers and fathers in divorces, post divorce enforcement actions, guardianships, custody disputes and challenges to child support and alimony disputes. She has advocated on behalf of hospitals, doctors, municipalities, police departments and national supermarket chains in litigation throughout the state and has litigated antitrust matters on behalf of hospitals and retailers in federal courts; including one of the first reported third line price discrimination cases in the country, Lago & Sons Dairy, Inc. v. H.P. Hood, Inc., 937 F. Supp. 107, (D.N.H. 1996).

Her reported cases include St. Hilaire v. City of Laconia et al, 885 F. Supp. 349 (D.N.H. 1995) affirmed 71 F3rd 20(1995) cert denied 518 U.S. 1017, 116 S.Ct. 2548, 135 L.Ed. 2d 1068 (1996).; Lago & Sons Dairy, Inc. v. H.P. Hood, Inc., 937 F. Supp. 107, (D.N.H. 1996); Weeks v. St. Paul Fire & Insurance, 140 N.H. 642 (1996); Appeal of Jonathan Newcomb, 141 N. H. 664 (1997), Skinner v. O'Malley, 2000 DNH 161 (D.N.H. 2000), Ural v. Concord Hospital, 2003 WL 21511122, 2003 DNH 114 (D.N.H. June 30, 2003);

Christine is admitted to practice in New Hampshire, US. District Court for the District of New Hampshire and the United States First Circuit Court of Appeals.



Christine is a member of the Board of Directors of Easter Seals of New Hampshire as well as Chairwoman of the Planning Committee.
