Robert E. Murphy, Jr.


Bob’s practice involves the litigation of commercial and personal injury cases in both state and federal courts. He has tried personal injury and products liability cases, broker and appraiser errors and omissions cases, construction, real estate and a variety of general commercial cases over the last thirty-three years. Bob also has actively represented clients before the New Hampshire Supreme Court in cases arising from this practice, and in the Superior and Supreme Courts in the appeals of municipal land use decisions.  Bob has served as a mediator with the Superior Court ADR program since its inception, as well as private mediation and arbitration.

Prior to joining the firm, Bob served as Law Clerk to U.S. District Court Judge Martin F. Loughlin.

Bob and his wife, the Rev Gayle A Murphy, live in Concord and have raised three sons.
