Attorney Eggert presented this material at the New Hampshire School Administrators Association’s Best Practices in Personnel Leadership Conference on March 19, 2009. The material provides the education administrator with a general understanding of the law in New Hampshire as it pertains to the investigation of complaints about school district employees, educates administrators in conducting a proper investigation, and assists administrators in understanding the “best practices” in this area of their vocation.
