This seminar, which was presented to the New Hampshire Association of Special Education Administrators on March 19, 2010, provides an overview of the conflict resolution process in the context of a special education matter under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act. The material contains guidance for reducing and resolving conflict prior to, and during, IEP Team meetings, at resolution sessions and offers practical suggestions for reaching resolution during mediation.
