Greg represents municipalities, school districts, property taxpayers, corporations, medical providers, general contractors and individuals in all aspects of litigation and appellate matters. Greg argues before the New Hampshire Supreme Court, litigates liability matters, contract disputes, property tax matters and domestic matters in all New Hampshire Courts, advises municipal and school district clients on governance matters and negotiates inter-municipal agreements."



Greg is a former member of the Manchester School Board, representing Manchester's Ward 12." Currently, he assists in city and state political campaigns and civil rights matters.



Mr. Sargent is a member of the New Hampshire and Massachusetts Bar Associations and the Massachusetts Lesbian & Gay Bar Association.



A cum laude graduate of the University of New Hampshire (2001), Greg holds a B.A. in Political Science with minors in Psychology and Philosophy. He earned a J.D.. from Boston University School of Law (2004) where he served on the Public Interest Law Journal and interned in the Massachusetts Attorney General's Trial Division. Greg also worked as a summer intern at this firm in 2002 and 2003.



Greg is admitted to practice in New Hampshire and Massachusetts.
