Defense of civil litigation including medical malpractice, products liability, and environmental claims as well as transportation, retail, manufacturing, and general liability litigation.


Professional: Admitted to practice in New Hampshire, 1977, the District of Columbia, 1980, the United States Supreme Court, 1981, and the United States Court of Appeals for the First Circuit, 1985. Marc served as a United States Senate Legislative/Legal Assistant to U. S. Senator Thomas J. McIntyre, 1975 - 1979. He also served as an Assistant Attorney General, State of New Hampshire, 1979-1985, and was a member of the New Hampshire Board of Bar Examiners, 1984-1990.

Marc has been in private practice since 1985, concentrating his practice on the defense of civil litigation. He represents doctors, hospitals and national companies in major civil litigation in all counties in the state as well as the United States District Court for the District of New Hampshire. As an Assistant Attorney General, Marc represented the State of New Hampshire in the trial of U.S.A. v. Ottati and Goss, Inc., et al. which was one of the first CERCLA cases tried in the country and was the longest civil case tried in the State of New Hampshire. He has also argued before the United States Supreme Court, representing the State of New Hampshire in the case of White v. Department of Employment Security. Marc is the firm's contact partner for the American Law Firm Association (ALFA), and is a Member of the New Hampshire and American Bar Associations.
