Admitted to practice in New Hampshire in 1969. He is a member of the Manchester, New Hampshire and American Bar Associations. Mr. Tucker is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of land use and zoning and real estate law. He has been included on this list since its inception in 1983. He is also recognized in the area of real estate law by Chambers USA.
