Mr. Van Loan was admitted to practice in New Hampshire, 1967. Author: "Natural Rights and the Ninth Amendment, "B.U.L.Rev. (1968); "The Jury, the Court-Martial and the Constitution," Cornell L.Q. (1972). Mr. Van Loan is rated AV by Martindale-Hubbell and is listed in The Best Lawyers in America in the areas of commercial litigation, health care law and insurance law. He has been included on this list since its inception in 1983. He served as counsel to Louis C. Wyman in U.S. Senate Election Contest, 1974 - 1975.
