Robin D. Melone


Robin is an experienced and well-respected criminal attorney, litigator and negotiator. For the past fifteen years she has represented both defendants and victims through the criminal process. She has tried cases to New Hampshire, Massachusetts and Federal juries for charges including sexual assault, homicide, child endangerment, child abuse, elder abuse, kidnapping, felony assault, and drug offenses.  In addition to her criminal practice, Robin has represented both reporting and responding parties in Title IX proceedings at colleges, universities and K-12 schools throughout New England. Robin now uses the full breadth of her experience to handle in-house investigations for educational institutions and employers faced with responding to allegations of sexual harassment or assault.  She is an ATIXA trained civil rights investigator specifically trained in trauma informed investigation techniques. Robin is active in the New Hampshire Bar Association as a long -time member of the Ethics Committee, a presenter at new lawyer training, a DOVE attorney, and mentor.
