Wadleigh, Starr & Peters Reopens its Offices – A message from our Managing Partner

June 29, 2020

To our valued clients and colleagues:

On March 23, 2020 we made the difficult decision to close our offices and practice remotely due to the Coronavirus outbreak.  During the weeks that followed, we adjusted to a remote working environment, virtual meetings and social distancing.  We also began implementing changes to ready our office for an eventual reopening.  I am proud of the way our lawyers and staff pulled together to assure that we stayed safe while continuing to meet our clients’ legal needs.

I am happy to announce that effective today, June 29, 2020, our offices are again open to clients and visitors.  Because the health and safety of our staff and that of our clients and visitors is of paramount concern, we have implemented a number of precautionary procedures concurrent with our reopening.  We are limiting the number and size of meetings in our offices.  We have also changed the way visitors will enter the building.  Meetings will be scheduled in advance and we will provide instructions for entry prior to the meeting.  Our staff will be wearing face coverings in common areas and we ask that all clients and visitors do the same.  We have disposable masks available at our reception desk for anyone who needs one.

I want to take this opportunity to thank our dedicated staff who have worked tirelessly during these trying times. We could not have accomplished what we have without their loyalty and flexibility.  On behalf of all of us at Wadleigh, we thank our clients for your patience during these past three months.  We hope you and your families have all stayed healthy and we look forward to seeing you in person in the near future.

Continue to stay safe.
